The older brother of Mazael and Rachel, Mitor is the Lord of Castle Cravenlock.

But he should have been liege lord of the Grim Marches.

Fifteen years ago, the Grim Marches acknowledged the liege lordship of Lord Adalon Cravenlock, the father of Mitor, Mazael, and Rachel. But Lord Adalon was overthrown by one of his vassals, Richard Mandragon, Lord of Swordgrim. Lord Richard claimed that Castle Cravenlock was infested by snake-worshippers, that the Cravenlocks had turned to the bloody worship of the serpent god. And the lords of the Grim Marches believed him, and Lord Richard overthrew Adalon Cravenlock.

And Mitor became Lord of Castle Cravenlock. Not liege lord of the Grim Marches.

This gnaws at him. This galls him. The liege lordship of the Grim Marches belongs to him by right. Mitor will find a way to claim it again – no matter what the cost. No matter who has to die.
