Just wanted to say that I am really enjoying this series!

I was wondering if you have an idea of how many books long it will be? I’m on the more the merrier side, but I know you like to close out extended story arcs.

I can see the defeat of the machinists as the end, with greater threats like the Elder Ones being drawn back for a next extended arc or even just ending it and letting Jack & Adelaide retire (then having their adopted child grow up to fight the greater ones!). 🙂

Thanks! I’m glad you liked the books.

I am uncertain at this point if I am going to continue the series past ARK HAND – it has never sold well. I suspect what the SF market really wants right now is strongly military-themed SF in Kindle Unlimited, since that market segment has been so underserved for so long. But we’ll see how ARK HAND does over September and October.

loved ark hand, even if i’m sorry to hear it may not continue it was at the very least a good place to end the series. maybe a spinoff following the calaskaran navy would do better?. any way thanks for the awesome read 🙂

      Thanks!

I think what the SF market wants right now is strongly military-themed science fiction in Kindle Unlimited. Like, if you read Jay Allan’s BLOOD ON THE STARS series (I read the first six and they’re really good), I think that’s exactly what the SF market wants.
