GHOST IN THE VISION now underway

In addition to starting on WRAITHSHARD: PYRE & FORGE, I’ve also begun on GHOST IN THE VISION, writing a couple hundred words every morning before I exercise.

I used to work on two books simultaneously, but once the pandemic started and everything began closing and locking down, I decided to just focus on one book at a time. But after doing that since March, I’ve decided I like the old way better. So I’ll shift back to working an one book for a few hundred words every morning, and then my main focus going to another book for the rest of my writing time that day.

So, if all goes well, GHOST IN THE VISION should be out before the end of 2020, and sooner than I thought!

What will the book be about?

Caina is returning to Istarinmul. She has a lot of friends there, but just as many enemies who are not at all happy about the upheaval her actions unleashed in Istarinmul.

And Caina will meet the mysterious Countess Kalthane who has been financing the Empire’s war effort against the Umbarian Order.

And the Countess happens to need a favor from Caina…

“Why?” said Caina. “Do you know something?”

“In the last few months, we’ve been to Risiviri, Artifel, and Malarae,” said Morgant, “and something’s gone wrong in every single city. Why the hell should Istarinmul be any different?”
