We, Ashanavere, High Queen of the realm of Andomhaim, do hereby issue the following decrees:

-The Church of the High God is banned and made outlaw in our realm. Their scriptures are to be burned, their churches sacked, their monasteries leveled, and their very name scrubbed from history. The property of the Church is forfeit to the crown, and no man of our realm may make worship to the High God, under pain of death. Furthermore, the crown shall pay a bounty of one hundred gold coins for the head of any priest or monk of the High God.

-The knights of the Order of the Soulblade, known among the lowborn as the “Paladins”, are banned.  Anyone offering aid or succor to a Paladin shall earn death. Furthermore, the crown shall pay a bounty of one thousand gold coins for the head of any Paladin.

-The weapons of the Paladins, the Soulblades themselves, are forfeit to the crown. The crown shall pay a bounty of ten thousand gold coins for any Soulblade.

-Anyone who speaks lies about Our Majesty, or plots rebellion against us, or speaks untrue rumors about us, shall be punished by death.

-To secure the safety and prosperity of our realm, it pleases us to establish a new order of knights, the Order of the Raven. All loyal subjects are enjoined to obey the knights of the Raven as bearers of Our Majesty’s royal authority. Failure to obey a Raven will be punishable by death.
