Demonsouled – now free on Amazon Kindle

I am pleased to report that all my scheming and plotting (and, yes, hard work, too) has paid off – “Demonsouled” is now available for free on Amazon.com, and as of this writing, is currently at #606 in the Free Kindle Store, and #13 for free Epic Fantasy.

But why, you ask, why would I give “Demonsouled” away for free? The book took me six months to write, back in 2001, and why would I give the product of all those sweat and tears away for free?

Because “Demonsouled” may be free – but the next two books in the series (Soul of Tyrants and Soul of Serpents) are not. Hopefully that will explain my motivation to an adequate degree.

Anyway, if you’ve heard me babble on this blog about Demonsouled before (for six years since the hardback edition came out, as a matter of fact), and you’ve never picked up the book, now is your chance to do so for free.
