Is this a new thing you are doing? And my other question is this, since you are dealing in ebooks…what can you give away exactly, do ebooks work like that? And regarding promotions, isn’t that more of Amazon/Barnes and Noble, etc business, or do the authors themselves dictate that?
Don’t get me wrong I’m still signing up for the newsletter, I’m just curious how the aforementioned things are going to work out.
I’ve done some contest/promotion-type things in the past, but they’re a lot of work. I might give something along those lines a try when GHOST IN THE STORM comes out in a few months.

Your writing is soothing and absorbing.
Possibly soothing is misguiding. It is more correct to say that it allows me to achieve oblivion which is a state I crave. Maybe I am a coward but as Bartleby the Scrivener said:” I prefer not to”. Focus continuously on the affairs of the mundane world.Your worlds afford me the escape I cherish and for that I thank you humbly and sincerely.
Have to say the Ridmark is seeping into my psyche everybit as much as Drizzt, Elminster or any other iconic fantasy character you want to add here. Please keep writing, i love the world and look forward to escaping to it as often as possible.

I absolutely love, love, love your Ghost series and The Ghost Exile series, I have read each series at least twice. I have also come to love and hate all the “Easter eggs” that you leave!!! I’m impatiently waiting for Ghost Exile book 8, Please, please finish it so that I can devour it!! Just please let.China and Kylon be happy together, I think they both deserve it. Thank you for writing such excellent books!!
