Well that is surprising! I didn’t think it’d be out this soon, but hey I’m not complaining! š Then again I guess I need to look at the calendar more, hehe.
I see you raised the price, does this mean they are taxing ebooks now? š
Speaking of surprising, what happened to the Ghost covers? Talk about a total break from tradition, lol! Is this the new look your going for, or did something happen where you could no longer use the old images?
Not to be the rain cloud here, but it looks like those images would fit better on an urban fantasy book (or action film, hehe) rather than a sword and sorcery tale. Which makes me curious, why did you choose them?
Well, I always plan for things to go horribly wrong during the process, but nothing did. š The Lord was merciful.
I decided to try $3.99 for SOUL OF SORCERY because it was such a huge book – it’s the longest DEMONSOULED book, it’s 28,000 words longer than SOUL OF DRAGONS, and Amazon estimates it at 530 pages.
I changed THE GHOSTS covers because the previous covers did not look terribly good as thumbnails. Plus, they didn’t represent the books really well. Since I was spending money on stock photography, I figured I’d go for broke and give THE GHOSTS a new visual look. If it doesn’t work, I’ll change it back to the previous covers.

Well I’m glad to see it’s not because they’re taxing ebooks! The book is much longer, so another dollar for it is not asking much. Even at 3.99, the book is still dirt cheap. For that, I thank you š

Does this mean you’ll be updating the covers of your other series, like Demonsouled? Or was this just a Ghost thing?
I will see how THE GHOSTS do with the new covers before I decide on the others.
Purchased, looking forward to reading this one. After that got to figure out which of your other series to pick up.
I’d say go with the Ghost novels, they’re pretty good. Unless you wanted a break from long series in general, then go with The Third Soul, it’s short and sweet.
I have all the Ghost books that are available, I have been trying to decide whether to read the Third Soul series or the Tower of Endless Worlds series next. I have read the first book of both series and enjoyed them both.

Yes, indeed I would! For several reasons:
1)I have found that shorter series (like Third Soul) make for nice transitional reads between much longer series.
2)Since it’s such a short series anyway, why not just go and finish it now?
Plus I’m not that big a fan of urban fantasy, so I may be a little biased in this š
