CLOAK GAMES: BLOOD CAST cover image!
Making excellent progress on CLOAK GAMES: BLOOD CAST, and we’re on track to have the book out in the first week of February.
That means it’s time to share the cover image!
Check back in a few days to see the Table of Contents.

More Leather!
The cover model isn’t all that buff for someone who can do dozens of pullups! 🙂
Nadia Moran – short, but sinewy!
I haven’t decided if I’m writing any more in this world after book #11, but if I do, I’m probably having all the CLOAK GAMES covers redone to be more accurate to the series. Something with more of a properly Dresden Files/Iron Druid urban fantasy look, like the Immortal Vegas series by Jenn Stark or Brimstone Blues by James Hunter.
If you write them I’ll buy them. While I realize the the Frostborn/Sevenfold Sword series are by far your best sellers it seems from the blog posts that Cloak Games has a fanatical little following. I am very much looking forward to Bloodcast. I can imagine that Nadia will go batshit crazy when they go after her family.
Thanks! We’re on track for the first week of February for BLOOD CAST.

To quote Keanu Reeves from The Matrix:
“Guns. Lots of guns.”
Sounds like it’s going to be a fun book!!!
Yeah, those of us who are fanatical who comment here on Jonathan’s blog seem to be particularly attached to Cloak Games.
Too bad money talks more than fanatical readers.
Fortunately, none of us can see the future. 🙂
Hey have you thought maybe it’s the titles that affect(?) sales. Affect….effect…..impact. Let’s go with impact sales. Taking out the series itself: Excalibur, the dragon Knight, even Champion all seem to be heavily Arthurian influenced from their titles alone. Ever considered delving a little further into the alternate/modern day King Arthur genre? Lot of play there considering he’s supposed to return when he’s needed…
